§ 1 Payments

  1. The system contains subscription plans which allow Users to use various services available on the Site. Subscription plans are available on the fee schedule at http://On.live/pricing.
  2. System functionalities available depending on the subscription plan selected:
    • Number of video - hours provided free of change
    • Maximum number of online viewers
    • Maximum video quality
    • Maximum number of channels
    • Reservation of private consultations
    • Branding
    • Tip / donation collection feature
    • Password-protected broadcasts
    • Access to PPV and PPM features
    • Service provided for mobile devices
    • Broadcast calendar
    • Channel gallery
    • External player
    • Video transcoder
    • Geo-blocking
  3. The Operator collects payments based on the product / payment plan selected by the User.
  4. Available payment models.
    • One-time payment - this option is processed by Paymento S.A., a company with registered office in Tychy. Payments are collected by charging User’s credit card with a one-time payment equivalent to price of the product selected by the User. Balances are updated automatically after the payment is made.
    • Payment by quick bank transfer - the payment is processed by Paymento S.A., a company with the registered office in Tychy. After selecting this option the user is redirected to an external service of Paymento S.A. in order to select their bank and to make payment for the product.
    • PayPal - payment using PayPal. Balances are updated automatically after the payment is made. A payment can also be made using payment cards Visa, Mastercard, JCB, Diners Club, American Express, as long as the issuing bank allows remote transactions using a Paypal account for that card and payments directly from the bank account.

      The Operator does not store or record payment card numbers.
      The Site allows the user to save their credit card data on the financial intermediary website.
      Financial intermediary services and banks will collect payment in the form of commissions on transactions.

§ 2 Rules for Private Consultations

  1. Each User has the ability to create their own offer of Private Consultations using their User Channel and to define the hourly schedule when these consultations are available.
  2. An offer of Private Consultations should contain a detailed and accurate description of the service which can be offered via the Site at a time and payment determined by the User.
  3. Obligation contained in the Offer of Private Consultation should be delivered diligently and properly.
  4. After obtaining the reservation the Broadcaster has to accept Private Consultation at a time determined according to terms of use:
    • For Private Consultations reserved less than 6 hours before the scheduled start - within 30 minutes prior to start of the consultation,
    • For Private Consultations reserved less than 12 hours before the scheduled start - within 3 hours prior to start of the consultation,
    • For Private Consultations reserved more than 12 hours before the scheduled start - within 6 hours prior to start of the consultation,
  5. Payment due to Broadcaster will be collected from User’s account on the Site upon making reservation for a Private Consultation.
  6. If the Broadcaster fails to confirm previous Private Consultation within the time limits, the payment will be refunded to party making the reservation.
  7. If the Broadcaster fails to appear within 5 minutes from the start of previously accepted Private Consultation, the entire payment will be refunded to party making the reservation.
  8. If the User making the reservation fails to appear within 5 minutes from the start of previously accepted Private Consultation, half the payment due to Broadcaster will be automatically refunded.
  9. In the event where the Broadcaster cancels previously accepted Private Consultation, the entire payment will be refunded to party making the reservation.
  10. Upon completion of the Private Consultation the User will be able to grade the Broadcaster together with a written description, as well as notify about a misuse if the User claims the service was performed improperly. In the above event, Private Consultation will be examined by Site’s staff in order to analyze potential misuse and the ability to refund payment collected earlier.
